Effective ongoing management of stakeholders plays an important role in delivering a successful project. All the parties involved must be aware of the objectives, risks and mitigation plans to ensure the project is running properly.

WITHIN BUDGET 严格按照预算

We monitor the budget from inception of the project and continue all the way through the end of the project. When engaged, JS Property will undertake a thorough and methodical review of all design documentation developed to date, and will identify areas and items. JS Property review would also include build options, proposed construction methodology, material selection, staging and separable portions.

我们严格从项目开始就持续跟踪项目的预算。当我们被雇佣后，我们会按照设计的图纸以及预算跟踪花费，包括提供合理的建造选择，建造方法，材料筛选以及阶段性分布。

ON TIME 准时

Time management must consider realistic time frames. We prepare and review the timetable on extensive collective experience from similar projects. If any delay happens, we will reassess the approach and alternatives to ensure we bring the project back on track.

项目的完工时间需要合理估算，我们会根据类似项目的进度来制定时间表。如果任何延误发生，我们会重新审核方法以及备选方案让项目按时完工。

TO THE HIGHTEST STANDARD 高标准

JS Property will ensure that the Contractor(s) delivers the works to the highest standards in accordance with the construction documentation. This process will commence, as mentioned previously, with a thorough and comprehensive review of all construction documents which will identify areas where further definition and detail is required.

JS Property 会确保合同工的工作达到最高的标准，按图施工。这个程序会一直在整个项目工程中执行。

COMMUNICATION 沟通

Regular communication will take place since engaged with stakeholders and owners to make sure there is no misunderstanding left in the process. Our bilingual construction project manager speaks both mandarin and English.
